After "Normal" wash cycle, clothes are still wet with some water left in tub.
Need to switch to "Drsain and Spin" cycle to completely drain tub.
Seems like the "Normal" cycle which begins with 47 minutes on display stops with an oL fault in less than 30 minutes. Is it a control board problem?

Unfortunately it can be several things, including the board, the pump or the drain lines.

I would first clear out the drain lines and make sure you have no obstruction. If that doesn't fix things, and it is not likely that it will (but it is the low cost solution) then I would try replacing the main control board.
