Hi, Jenifer123, thanks for you reply. I ordered the motherboard few days ago and replaced it, but the problem still exist. I asked a repair man to diagnostic, he looked at it just in one minute and said "both fans are running, lights are on, compressor is running, you must have the something serious in the refrigerator like freon leak, you need a new one". Seems I have no choice
