brand new. manual says this slight whine is normal.( evaperator fan ). is this noise the rpm of the fan? or the type of material it's made of? or angle of blades ? also does this model have a mother board? is there any way i can sound proof the fan? is there any web site that has pictures of the insides of this model?

If the manual says that noise is normal then there is nothing what can be done. Keep in mind that any alteration to the manufacturer design will void the warranty.

fixed the problem; took off bottom back cardboard cover. there was an extra piece of copper tubing coming out of compresser that was crimped shut. slid a piece of rubber tubing over it. t was picking up vibrations from compresser. that elimenated some of the noise. then on the right side of compresor ther's asquare bracket wher a white plastic electrical connector attaches. i put my finger on top of it with alittle pressure and the rest of the whiny noise stoped. so i cut apiece of wood and put it from the top of the bracket to the top of the open compartment in the frigde. also covered the bracket and white plastic with apiece of quarter inch rubber mat .
