Hi,
I have an older Kenmore refrigerator and the light that went out recently. I pulled out the refrigerator bulb (which is an appliance type bulb) and put it in a lamp socket to see if it worked and it didn't.
I tried changing the bulb to a regular non-appliance bulb less than 40 watts but that didn't help. So I was thinking it might be a switch or internal wiring problem. So at this point I don't know if it is a bulb problem, switch problem, or an internal wiring problem
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Best regards, Mike
PS - The model number I have listed is from a sticker on the back of the refrigerator that came from sears which says "item number" so hopefully that is the correct model number but not sure.
