This is a frost free refrigerator. Water is not evaporating or dripping into the tray under the refrigerator. Instead, water is accumulating under the vegetable bins on the floor of the refrigerator. The refrigerator is level. How do we solve this problem?

In the fresh food section, near the top, on the back wall, you'll see a cup that catches the defrost water. If you remove it you will probably find that it is "gunked up". When it clogs, the water will overflow and run down the back wall and accumulate under the crisper drawer.
