Hello, I have a problem with my Washer drum pulley wearing at the shaft to the washer drum. I have replaced it twice and the second time it has only lasted 3 months. The drum shaft is a little worn. I was wondering if there is a torqe spec for the drum bolt and does anyone have any thoughts that could help me. tx Todd :D

Hi Todd
I am thinking no one has responded to your post because we don't have a good idea of what the problem is.
I have spent a fair amount of time trying to research this, and have come up with nothing.
What I think is that your motor pulley and drum pulley are not lined up on the same plane, and that the motor pulley is using the belt to put pressure on the large pulley. I would take out the motor and put it back in, taking care to make sure its pulley is in the same plane as the drum pulley and see if this does not cure the problem.
Good luck, hope this helps.

Ok, good
I have not seen any torque specs on the bolt. I would just use your best judgement, tight enough to hold it, but not tighter.
