Can anyone help me? My fabric softener port on my front load is not draining and always has water in it. Can anyone tell me how i can fix this prob.

Fabric softening is just another name for gunk. Clean out the lines going to the tub and that may fix it. If that is not the problem the dispenser assembly may be an issue.
