Intermittent problem (aren't they all?) - The panel buttons are sometimes active, sometimes not. When lit, the Start switch sometimes works, more often doesn't. When the cycle eventually starts, it completes normally. I've removed and replaced the control board and made sure the connections were clean and tight, without any help.
I assume my next step is to replace the board, but thought I'd better check - is that the best answer?
