Has power. have replaced the fuse before. panel lights up when turned on but in section where time left is displayed there are 2 dashes?? does this mean I need to replace fuse again of is there something wrong with panel? also has message to add rinse aid?? this shouldn't cause it to not turn on??

I take it you don't think it has anything to do with the rinse aid section?? could the sensor cause this? there are 2 dashes in the status section on the front panel?? what does this mean?
