Hello. I'm new to the forum. I have a Thermador gas cooktop. It has four burners, two with XLO.

I've been having problems with one of the XLO burners where it would work for 5-7 minutes, then the gas would shut off and it would not light again. I do not know how long it would not light, but it always relit again the next evening for dinner.

Recently, I spilled some water on the cooktop and, unfortunately, the controls. One of the burners (not sure which) started clicking. I unplugged the unit and let it dry for two days. When I plugged it back in, the clicking stopped, but the two XLO burners wouldn't light.

One of them will click when you try to light it. The other one doesn't do anything.

HELP! I'm not sure where to proceed. I've read some of the posts and a lot of them sound similar to my problem, but I figured I post in hopes that someone could direct me in what needs fixed.

Also, the "burner ON light" doesn't work. Is this fixable? Additionally, the red indicator has broken and needs replaced. Is this a purchasable part? I'd love to be able to cook using more then two burners. It's been a challenge getting dinner ready with only two.

Thanks!
