My dishwasher fills & drains fine, but after it fills, the pump that drives the sprayers does not turn on. After reading a few of these posts, it seems to be either the motor or main board? If I check the voltage at the pump motor when it should be running & it shows 120v then it is most likely the motor? If there is no voltage then most likely the main board? Part#s AP5272389 and AP4499592 respectively?

Yes

I am assuming that the motor does not make any noise as that would point to perhaps a jammed impeller.

Yes the impellar turns free. Last night I measured the voltage at the motor and only got 7 Volts constant and 9 volts when it should have been running. I jumpered the wires from the drain motor to the circulation motor and cycled the dishwasher to drain. The circulation motor ran. I also measured the 7 and 9 volts at the wires at the main board, so thanks for confirming that it is also most likely the main board. I just ordered one. Thanks again.
