I looked up the part number for the evaporator fan motor. The website shows me a part, but it is not the same.
The part in my freezer has the light bulb connection wired into the connecting harness.

Any idea what the part number is for the evap fan motor with light?

I'm calling into customer service to see if they can help. #10 in queue.
