When I run washer, the fabric dispensor dosen't empty at end of cycle. It holds water, then mold builds up in the dispensor drawer.

The name "Fabric softener" is another name for gunk. Try cleaning out the tubing from the dispenser to the tub.

Take off the top by taking out the screws in back. that will get you access to the dispenser assembly.
