whirlpool double oven wall style top oven not heating. bottom works ok. what is wrong with my oven? the elements do not get hot at all.

See the attachment for the tech sheet

I am assuming that everything looks normal and you stay in preheat.

In the tech sheet you will see a thermal fuse (Item 37 in Section 2 of the parts), this is probably blown.

Remove power from the oven and disconnect one side of the fuse. Then measure it with a meter, should be 0 ohms.
