This built in refrigerator is very sensitive to the condition of the condenser coil (#8649 on the diagram). I believe the cause of the problem is that it needs cleaning.

Point a flash light into the condenser from the right side and look through the condenser from the left. If you can not see the light then the condenser is still blocked. Try to blow an air through the condenser. Make sure the condenser fan is working.

Hi Gene,
Last night I thoroughly cleaned the condenser coil and used the light as per your suggestion.I can see the light. The coil is only 2 years old. This morning the temp. is 16 deg F and the compressor is less hot than before but still not cold as it should be.Any thing else you can suggest before I call service person to look at it?
Thanks for your help and hope you can come up with a possible solution.

If the condenser is clean and both fans are working then most likely the sealed system is low on Freon, causing insufficient temperature.

 Hi Gene, the pro was here and found that the compressor is pulling too many amps and I guess that means the compressor is bad.I have been told DO NOT BUY BUILT INS and I am going to buy a regular referigerator.
Thanks again Gene for your help and I appreciate it a lot.
