How do I hook up the wires to the back of this particular board when it has 5 connections and the board I removed has 3? The board I received was a replacement to model or part number 316207507.

I've researched replacing a control board but before i go and order the part I'd like to be sure that it is indeed the problem... if anyone can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it! also if anyone knows of any links that would be helpful too.
