I'm looking for a repair manual for my Jenn-Air C301 cooktop. I've contacted Jenn-Air and they replied with "Unfortunately, we do not have any technical information available in our database that will prove helpful with addressing this concern."

Right now I just need to know how to remove the cage fan from the motor shaft so that I can clean the grease off. I think it is causing an imbalance.

I've scanned the C301 wiring diagram if any one needs it.

Sincerely,
Dennis B. Swaney

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for JENN-AIR C301 | AppliancePartsPros.com

See Item 10 in the parts list click on the picture for other views of the blower wheel.
You will see the screw that holds it onto the shaft.
Theses are often allen key screws.

After you get it off, file down the ridges on the motor shaft left by the screw.
It will make getting it back on a lot easier.
