Thanks Gene for all the info. I have the same range that has had exactly the same problem since I bought it in 2005. The first time this happened my appliance guy had me kill the breaker for about 2 hours (long enough for the panel to cool off), which cleared the problem. Every time I clean the oven I let the cycle run until the error hits and then kill power. My range is a slide in with a very tight fit, so I have been just living with the nuisance. I have been assuming the panel is a little computer and the model had a faulty design that causes the processor to overheat during cleaning cycle.

Can you tell me if this is dangerous?

What is the complete model number of the range?
