Hello, my GE double electric wall oven's control panel display says "locked door" and the ovens are both non-functional. A GE repair man said that the control panel is defective and that we need a new one. I wanted to get a recommendation for this. Thanks!

There are two parts in this oven with the word "control" in their name: the control panel (#1 on the diagram) and control board (#16 on the diagram). If both doors are not locked, then most likely the problem is a bad control board. - The control board Part number: AP3425143

Hello, Thanks for the reply. The exact wording used by the service man who examined my wall ovens was "replace electronic control or smart board". What part would you recommend for that? Thanks!

Most likely this is the control board. The part number posted earlier. Just click on it to order.
