Been reading all the posts and have gotten somewhere with the info...
Here is my problem: The washer goes through all the cycles but when it comes to the spin cycle it chooses not to do anything. I hear a hum like it wants to but can't. So i did the diagnostic mode and came up with E47 which looks like it can be that the "Board thinks the door PTC circuit is open in spin."
This info was gathered from another diagnostic sheet but i hope they are all the same since i couldn't find one for my model in the washer or on the net. It has something to do with the door lock assembly but i don't have a tester to see what it reads. What tester do i need and how do i go about testing the resistance of the PTC.
Thanks for the help...

You need a standard electrical test meter to test continuity. Check the wiring and all the connections, but in many cases to fix this you end up having to replace the door lock assembly.

Appreciate the reply. Will try the door lock assembly ordered from here. Should be here today and will post an update.
Thanks
