Here in State College, I would charge $45-55 to fix it plus parts. I lot of my customers will ask for the price and then they check around to find the lowest person, and I suspect most are around that price or more. I am sure there are "handymen" that will charge much less.

I understand... I was just trying to gauge repair vs replace cost estimate, if its under $200 or whatever then its better to repair for my budget ;)
