Dryer quit midcycle and now will not restart. Fuses fine, lights come on, drum turns, belt fine...just will not start up

By fuses I assume you mean the fuses in the machine re: one for the motor and one for the heater. Is this correct?

Put the unit in Timed Dry, close the door does the timer advance?
If no then I would look at the door switch.
If yes I would check the push to start relay
