I have a freezer that is 25+ years old...It says it is a Sears ColdSpot..still works great..problem is when I moved the last time the 3rd prong on the plug broke off and the other prons got bent. I need to get a whole new cord for it.. Where do I find the model number for the freezer and where would I begin looking for a new cord? The panel that comes off covering the motor has electrical drawings and patent numbers but thats it. Thanks for the help

Perhaps the following will help
Model Number Locator

But why replace the power cord when you could just replace the plug.
Just make sure the strain relief on the new plug will tighten down (grip) the existing power cord.
