When I start the unit you can hear the motor try to turn but just a hum...I tried to turn the agitator with my hand but it would not budge...I pulled the pump and checked it...Pulled the motor and it is turning free out of the unit...I checked the motor coupler and it is not broken....I can even turn the clutch and brake with my hand when I have the unit on its back....I checked the timer and lid switche and the voltage to the unit...all seem ok...has anyone ran across this before.

Thanks guys

One thing I did forget to mention, when I was checking the motor I pulled it off the motor coupling and ran it out of the washer and it seemed to run very slow...I sub in a new motor and it ran slow also...Does this help?

Thanks all
