The fridge seems to be running all the time, the freezer is cold but the fridge part is not. There was frost in the freezer by the grate so I unplugged and defrosted it then plugged it back in, it works fine until it frosts up again in about 1 to 2 weeks. I have also cleaned and vacuumed the back of the fridge.

Sounds like the problem is a faulty defrost system. It contains of three parts: the defrost timer (at the bottom left hinge), the defrost heater (#14 on the diagram) and the defrost thermostat (#21 on the diagram).
