May I please obtain some assistance in troubleshooting a problem with my refriderator ice maker. Here is is:

The ice maker produces ICE but does not despense ice. The augur motor does not turn despite being new, but I can hear the ice door flap open, so I'm assuming that the solenoid works. Water despenser works fine until I put in the new light bulb in at the water dispencer location. I have recently replaced the following parts based on following previous troubleshooting guidlines.
1. Augor motor
2. Ice despenser Solinoid
3. Interface (motherboard)
4. Switch- Part Number: AP3191616
5. Filter
