All of a sudden the washer in spin cycle stopped letting the water drain out. Took the pipeing under the washer that goes to the pump off, cleaned it, nothing is blocking the water from draining. Put back together, still doing the same thing. I took the vacuum off and when I suck on it, it holds pressure so could it be either the lid switch or drain pump.

If you advance the timer to spin and press start do you hear the pump motor attempting to spin? Also, if you move the timer to wash/fill cycle will the washer begin to fill and lock the door? If you are confortable working with electric I recommend making a patch cord and sending power directly to the pump motor to see if it will begin pumping. Check these out, then repost.
