Started smelling gas while the dryer was running. Replaced the ignitor and the gas valve coils after reading other posts here. Seemed to work fine for a few days. Now the ignitor glows brightly but the gas will not ignite, but you can smell gas inside the dryer when you open it. A couple of times the gas ignited right at the orifice on the gas valve then would go out. Not sure what to check next. I plan on having the thermal fuse, cycling tstat and flame sensor checked tomorrow. Could it be the valve itself?
