on the display panel none of the buttons or the display light work the only light that is let is the light that says control locked. light inside the dryer works. I have checked the circuit to make sure non of the breakers were off, dryer still not working door shuts all the way.

Press and hold the signal on / off button for 3 seconds. That should unlock the control panel. You may need to check that in your user's manual. ;) ;) ;)
