Front panel & door replacement parts for General Electric DPSR473EW1WW Electric dryer \| AppliancePartsPros.com Part 312 is the lower felt. As I remember it, it folds over on the ends and wraps around the plastic. If I can find a pic of it somewhere I'll post it.
