when i turn on timmer the heating element comes on even when i open the door it still stays on

Sounds like your heating element has grounded.
It has sagged or broken and is touching the case.
You should be able to see this.
It can also be checked by removing both wires from the heater and measuring each side of the heater to the frame.
Both should be infinite ohms (open) |
