After installation of the switch white# AP4090068 PART all keys function except #3. Do you know why this will happen?

There are a couple of possibilities: Are you sure you got the membrane ribbon seated tight in the connector on the ERC ? Was the ribbon creased or pinched ? Was the connector on the ERC, clean and pins all at the same heigth ? (when you remove the ribbon, check the ends to see if there are scratches on all the ends of the ribbon tracers.) Also look at the tracers in the ribbon, make sure none of them are "dotted" lines, if so you have a bad ribbon and will need to re order the part. I'm sure you'll find your problem in one of these checks. :)
