Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/28/2010(UTC) Posts: 3		Clothes coming out of the dryer are too hot to touch..Clothes get extremely hot after just a couple of minutes in dryer. I have it on the delicate cycle and still gets so very hot. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The thermostat that controls the temperature might be locked on. Its part number Part number: 3387134 . And yes I have replaced quite a few of these over the years, but usually after they blow the thermal fuse. Hope this helps.

How hard is it to replace a fuse or thermostat? I have no idea where it is located...I appreciate the help.. Just cant afford to buy another dryer yet..

If you take the back panel off, it located on the left of the vent outlet. it has two large wires going to it and a small white (oblong) fuse located near it. Remember to always unplug an appliance before service.
