mine is doing the same and there is power in and power coming out. except it there are no lights on at all. I did have the front cover off, washer had a peice of wire the was causing a ginding noise. I had come out of my husbands pants (he is an electricain). I just wish there wa a better way of finding out that it is the problem part.

Mommie, If your model number is the same ghw9100 or 92 hundred, run the diagnostic/srvice test mode, per the previous post. If you can get us the model number off your unit, we can get you through the diagnosis and repair. :) :) :)

Mommie, Try this first, Unplug the power cord from the outlet for a minute or two. You'll need to listen closely, near the top of the washer cabinet, when you plug the power cord back into the outlet, you need to listen for a "click" noise, That will tell us if the power relay and filter are activating, Based on your post, I think you're OK there. Try and program the diagnostic / test mode per my previous post. if It wont program, remove the top of the washer and make sure the wiring harness from the main control board to the front control panel is not loose, then start by replacing the "user interface" and check the "buttons" on the inside of the control panel, Part number: AP3873954
Good Luck, :) :) :)
