You might have a leak in the water reservoir in back of the crisper drawer.

Is there water or ice on the freezer floor as well?

Did someone spill water or soda in the compartment?

If not, I reccomend you check and insure there are no articles touching the walls(back or side walls) of the fresh food compartment.

Check the control on the bin, 1/2 to 2/3 open is usually the reccomended settings, and no paper products in the bin bottom to absorb water.

Check the door gasket( lower portion most likely)of the fresh food door gasket for a proper seal to the front of the compartment. and clean the condenser coils thoroughly for proper operation of the unit.

you should be able to find the problem with these quick, easy checks.
