After turning on oven to 350 degrees it continues to increase temp until it is going full blast.

I can't think of anything besides a defective thermostat which could cause that symptom.

Your oven can use one of two different thermostats depending on the beginning numbers of its serial number. The following are the possibilities:

LINK > 9122XPB Oven Thermostat, Serial < 11...

LINK > 9122XPB Oven Thermostat, Serial 11... and higher
