My ice maker is working fine and dispenses ice. The ice crusher however does not work. Door mechanism opens when pressing crush ice button, however nothing else happens. I just replaced the motor thinking this was the issue, however no success.

It seems the dial only rotated counter clockwise to dispense cubed ice, but does not rotate the other direction to dispense crush ice.

Any ideas?!
