My 25 year or so old amazing Whirlpool estate washer is only putting out a dribble of cold water when the cold/cold temp button is pushed and the cycle is started. When the hot/warm temp button is pushed and cycle started it puts out normal hot water flow.
I pulled the supply hoses and confirmed good flow on each.
I disassembled the water inlet valve and found no issues.
Put it back and switched the two connectors, now when the hot/warm button is pushed and a cycle is started I get just a dribble of cold, if the cold/cold is pushed I get hot water.
I think, even though the valve appears OK I have a bad valve.
