I had my unit on heat set on 76.I turned it down to 74 about 2 hours later turned it up to 76 or 77 the heat want work anymore.Tried to reset it but heat want work no matter what I turn the thermostat too.

may be the setting is playing with you as when it is set on either of the points it is not responding .. better to wait for more help into this
