Kenmore Elite Top Load Washer is completely dead with no power. I checked for voltage with multi-meter and found that there was power coming into the Control Board. I have since replaced both the Electronic Control Board and the User Display Control Board, but still no power and no lights on the User Control Panel display. Can someone help to give me an idea of what the problem might be or what steps to take next? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
