I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis lop load washer that will not drain. It fills, agitates etc but has stopped draining. I had the same problem a couple years ago and replacing the outlet pump did the trick. Not so this time. I replaced the pump and it still does not drain. The pressure tube that goes to the control unit is not blocked, nor is the outlet hose itself. The wiring at the pump looks ok, as does the wiring at the control unit.

The self-diagnostic gives me the slow drain error, along with some errors related to the dodgy lid lock. However, the lid lock still works most of the time, and when it does not work, the machine won't do anything at all. The diagnostic failed at C8. The agitator was slowly going back and forth as it should, but no draining.
