Have a GE dryer that is stopping mid cycle and then won't restart right away, but eventually will restart.
What we've done: New door switch, due to error code
New drum glides and felt, they were worn and making noise
New drum bearing
Exhaust not clogged, unhooked dryer
from exhaust to test and it still stops, checked length of duct work within the dryer and that is clear as well
Drum turns with no resistance
New high limit thermostat
New motor
Blower wheel free of obstructions and was cleaned when we did the motor
No other error codes
Next step is main control board replacement, any other suggestions before we do?
Thanks.
