This is an over the oven Kenmore microwave. The exhaust fan does not run while heating, however the exhaust fan does run while using the vent button and works on high, med, and low. While watching the fan after pressing the start button when trying to heat the fan kicks on only for a sec then stops and will not run at all after that. I checked all door switches and bypassed the thermostat and still have the same result.
