My Samsung RS263TDBP/XAA refrigerator is not cooling, however, the freezer works fine. Repairman came out and replaced the Main Board for $415! ouch! It still does not get cold-temp is 56. What should be my next course of action? I have a friend you helped fix his fridge and he has graciously offered to help! Any suggestions?
thank you!

why not call the service company back out? They should guaranty their work.. No?

Put a thermometer in the freezer and make sure it is at least 0 to -4.

Check the damper for the fresh food section and make sure it is open.

Technician replaced the evaporator-fixed the refrigerator cooling. However, the water and ice dispensers don't produce either. The motor for the icemaker runs, and when you try to get water, just a dabble comes out and then it quits. What do you suggest?
Again, thank you in advance!
