The washer operates normally except for the spin cycle (any setting). Once in every 10 loads the spin cycle will operate normally but most of the time it doesn't spin. I have found that I can make the spin cycle work by rotating the inner drum clockwise until I feel resistance, closing the lid, setting the timer for spin, and then turning the washer on. The washer will then spin normally. The speed of the spin appears to be normal. Any ideas, guesses, or advice are welcome. Thank you.
