I just installed a new electronic circuit board module in the upper control panel of a 10 year old GE WLE6000B1WW washer and all of the green annunciator lights blink continuously and none of the controls function. This is the second new electronic module I have put in it because the first one did the same thing.................so I am convinced that the module is good.

What could be the problem in this case......................thanks.
