Given the error message, the EOC (AP3561834) would be the correct part to replace. It is easy enough to get to by removing the screws holding the upper back panel in place after you unplug the range. The EOC is held in place with a few screws, then move the wires one at a time from the old board to the new board. The overlay (the buttons) needs to be peeled off the old board and put on the new one too. Plug it back in and you should be baking again.
