Refrigerator not cooling. Freezer OK. I am assuming it has something to do with the fresh food evaporator fan. It will spin quickly but I have to manually turn it to get it started. Not sure if something is wrong with the fan or perhaps something on the control board. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to replace both the evaporator motor and the motherboard.
