I am growing frustrated with this oven. First self-clean after 7.5 months of service and zippo...nada...nothing. Called Whirpool referred to Parts, received and replaced the thermal fuse. Electronics work fine, but alas, no heat...at all. No broil, no bake, no hold warm. My wife loves to bake, and the oven didn't even need the gosh-darned self-clean to be done, dagnabbit. I am a competent DIY'er, so I just need some guidance here. Thanks for your time and talents, in advance.

Here are your parts Parts for Whirlpool WOS92EC0AB00 / - AppliancePartsPros.comYou said you replaced the thermal fuse. Was this the fuse for power to the electronics/control board.. If yes. Then your problem may be the thermal cutoff (item 18 in section 01). It kills power to just the elements. Also check the power. You need 240 volts to run the elements. If the cutoff is blown then it would be a good idea to check for too high of an oven temperature. A separate oven thermometer should do the job but usually you can tell if cakes etc. cook faster than the recipes say or you have to use a lower temperature than what recipes state. Also check that the cooling fan is operating OK. |

Will check thermal cut-off...resistance readings should be?
Cooling fan works
Recipes cook in normal times prior to issue. Will get separate thermometer to check though.
Have to pull it out again to replace cutoff right? Figures.
