Put up with freezing vegetables for years. Found this forum and diagnosed/replaced damper assembly and now fridge temps back to normal. However, almost immediately after replacing damper assembly, water in the filter froze. I thawed it with a hair drier and ice maker and water worked for a day and then both stopped again.

Did I miss something when replacing damper assembly? It seems too much cold air goes to shroud around water filter now.
